Day 2 Lunch/Crossfit

See, I don't let my fugly medical boot stop me from going to Crossfit today at Noon.
Hello there again.  Welcome back here.  Just finished our noon Crossfit and then had our lunch following.    I had a good workout at Crossfit and so did Eric, my husband.  When we arrived at the box, I had to look at the board for today's WOD (Workout Of the Day) to check to see if I could join the group to do it together.  Nope.. I couldn't do squats or running yet.  I was jealous but that didn't stop me from doing my own created WOD while they were doing coach's WOD.  Their WOD were front and back squats and runs.  


This is the AMRAP WOD I did on my own.  
My WOD was AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of #25 20 KB swings and 100 yards #25 Plate Farmer Carry and I did 4 rounds!  Not bad with my medical boot on?!?!  Before I did my own WOD, I rowed for 1K meters for warm up.  Then I did Tabata  (8 rounds of 20 seconds of working out and 10 seconds rest between rounds) on MB sit-ups (Medicine Ball) and Hand-Release Push-Ups on knees.  Lastly before the WOD, I did 4 sets of Bench Press.  #75 10 reps, #85 8 reps, #95 6 reps, and #95 4 reps.  

Eric, my husband, doing strength training before WOD.  OHS (Overhead Squats)  So jealous!  I miss doing squats! And running too.

Lunch:

My husband had leftovers of chicken wings and some steak and napa cabbage salad.
I had leftovers of rotisserie chicken and some steak from other night and napa cabbage salad.



Ingredients: Napa cabbage, orange bell peppers,  carrot matchsticks, lime, avocado, and LVOO (light virgin olive oil)


Notice the portion size here again?  Yup, man bigger, woman smaller portion.  Again, unfair, right? Life isn't fair!
